About Me

Change your life, change your world.

erikanicolefinnHi! So excited to meet you! A little about me. I’m a lifestyle coach, Huffington Post blogger, dog lover, lawyer and radio show personality. My favorite things in life are the beaches of Barbados, laughing so hard that I’m crying tears of joy, and connecting with new and interesting people. I grew up in the suburbs of Michigan and earned my undergraduate degree in Psychology (fully planning on becoming a therapist) but ultimately decided to go a completely different route. I moved to New York City without knowing a single person and, ultimately, became a corporate attorney. The legal world remains my daytime passion but I’m a multi-passionate entrepreneur and believe that you can turn your many dreams into reality if you have clarity around your goal and the passion to pursue it. As I trained to become a certified life coach, I was constantly amazed and excited by how powerful and effective coaching was in allowing people to break free of the blocks that hold them back and make huge life changes. I love how coaching can really transform someone’s life, and I am in awe that I can be part of that process of coaching individuals to achieve more, be greater and really get what they want out of life. You can radically change your life by making a few simple changes, and I would love the opportunity to show you how to begin living your dreams today.

My Basic Bio

I earned by undergraduate degree in Psychology from University of Michigan and went on to get my law degree from Brooklyn Law School. Following my passion to make a difference, I decided to become a life coach, and was trained by the leading life coaching school, Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC).
